I've requested Graceling Realm, Hadestown, or The House in the Cerulean Sea
I am seriously not picky about anything I picked! The prompts are there because I think it's usually easier to write to a prompt and to have some ideas, but please feel free to deviate however you'd like.
Overall DNWs: hurt/no comfort, non-con, gore, character bashing
Overall Likes: fluff, PWP, BDSM, Porn with Plot, alternate universes, world exploration,
I've also posted this on transtide! Trans characters are Great and here are some specific likes and DNWs for trans characters:
I would love trans characters who are comfortable in their transness. Sex scenes are good and any genitalia and any way of referring to it is fine. Magical HRT would fit in any of these stories and I think that's always fun.
DNW: long or heavy discussions of transphobia, extensive focus on pain or dysphoria, basically anything super angsty or painful about being trans.
Graceling Realm Series Prompt:
I've recently reread Graceling, but it's been a few years since I read Bitterblue or Fire. IIRC Po and Katsa exist peripherally in both Bitterblue and Fire, but are generally around as a talented couple that nobody quite understands. I'd love to see more of their relationship in detail after Bitterblue goes back to her castle and Po masters his sense well enough to go into the world beyond the cabin.
They could go on daring raids, they could kill Katsa's uncle, they could join the sailors they caught a ride with at the end of Graceling. They could split up because they aren't joined at the hip, then accidentally end up on opposite sides of a fight (is one undercover? is Katsa being lied to about what she's fighting for? do they have to fake duel each other?).
I'd be down for any amount of sex, or even threesomes or an open relationship because they would totally do that.
DNW - lots of angst, gore beyond book levels, major character death
Hadestown Prompt:
Hades and Orpheus are foils in so many ways: Orpheus was a poor young boy, and Hades was a mighty king but they both loved a woman, and they both failed their wives in so many ways. Orpheus is going to die one day, and he will have to confront a hardened version of himself once again. What will Hades do once he has Orpheus in his kingdom?
I'd be happy to see this go towards a Hades/Orpheus direction, and I think the hate sex could be great. Enemies to lovers is also great.
DNW - character bashing, gore
The House in the Cerulean Sea Prompt:
I would love to read Arthur and Linus being happy and in love with each other. Lots of domestic fluff, taking care of the kids and being sappy with each other would be great. How does the new Yeti kid fit in? How's Lucy?
I also think that a buttoned-up very anxious man like Linus would do /great/ being dommed by Arthur. Can they get away for a honeymoon? Find a small alcove on the island that's just theirs?
Fluff and/or smut and/or fluffy smut would be great.
